Massage was good! Strength and pressure was perfect. Always walked by but never had a chance to try. Decided to give it a try today and was so pleasantly surprised by Ben’s skills. Highly recommend anyone living in the East or near tampines central, who’s looking for affordable and a good/strong massage a try 👍🏼 will definitely be back !

Very skillful. particularly Ben. solved my neck and face cramp issues in 45mins. the price is good too. Ben is very accomodative. despite lunch hrs, he dropped his meal and attended to me. appreciate his work and definitely skills

Needed a foot/leg massage desperately and checked on Maps what's nearby, and found Sheng Yue Rest Station. Was pleasantly surprised with the stellar reviews and decided to try it - no regrets! Ben was an absolute pro, easily one of the best foot massages I had in a long time. He suggested we do 40 min foot and 30 min back/shoulders - and it was really a good combi. Love that there's no hard selling / insane packages that you must sign up for to enjoy the good rates for their foot massages. Will defo visit again!
