I had an amazing experience with the facial treatment, thanks to Zoe's professional approach. She was incredibly skilled and made me feel completely relaxed and pampered. The service from Raelyn at the front desk was also outstanding, she helped arrange a comfortable timing for my treatment and made the check-in process so smooth and effortless. I truly appreciated how welcoming and professional both of them were. Highly recommend!

I have been with my consultant, Selina for many years. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and took the time to assess my skin type and concerns before tailoring the treatment to my needs. The facial session itself was pure bliss. The combination of cleansing and hydrating masks left my skin feeling rejuvenated after every session.

Jessie and Sarah (Branch Manager) are excellent facial therapists. They are clearly skilled and thorough with their extraction despite my low cost package (10 facials for $388) and highly professional. My face always feels v clean after each facial. At this price point, the facial is basic but it does its job and the session is completed within an hour. I use this package as a “spare” whenever I can’t get an appointment at my usual place as this outlet is fantastic at accommodating last minute bookings on the same day of request. The staff here clearly work v hard (busy outlet), fast (less than 10 minutes of waiting every single time I show up) and maintain great service standards for facials. There’s minimal conversation with the therapist as each “room” is separated by curtains and therefore not sound-proof. It’s great as that means there’s no hard selling during the facial session and I could nap in peace. I will likely renew my package with Shakura.

The service is awesome! My beautician Vernice is wonderful and the counter staff, such as Li Ting, are very helpful and friendly. The condition of my face has improved a lot and spots are lighter now.

This morning is my first time to experience washing face. The whole process was performed by a girl named Bella.Although she is small, I enjoy her way of Enjoy. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly. It made me feel like I was the host of a long-time customer. Thank you.
