Visited many salons and I always come back to Salon 5 at Joo Chiat. The staff were always warm and friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My stylist Carrie and team listened attentively to my needs and delivered above my expectations. The salon's ambiance was modern, clean, and relaxing. I appreciated the attention to detail and the extra touches that made my every visit special. I highly recommend Salon 5 for their outstanding service and expertise.

Came by this quaint little salon along joo chiat on a weekend and we were greeted with such warm hospitality the moment we stepped in. We did a cut + dye.. I have sensitive scalp and I was so glad they use Japanese products. My stylist was super patient and addressed all my concerns before we started. I knew I was in safe hands ! The ambience is relaxing and their washroom is clean too. Super impressed and feeling super fab. We’ll be back definitely! Thank you Salon5 !!

The team at Salon5 was excellent and incredibly accommodating. I received a cut, perm, and treatment bundle and I adore it! Connie and team made sure to understand what I wanted and checked in with me throughout. Plenty of tea and light snacks were provided (I didn’t plan to get a perm initially so had not eaten before coming in so the extra pastries were much appreciated). The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. I’m visiting from out of town but would be a regular if I was local!
