I was introduced by a friend to Royal Secrets (after trying out many others) and I never looked back! The best facial place I have been to! My favourite consultant June is gentle and attentive. She makes me feel comfortable and I really enjoyed each session with her. Her massage is out of the world and makes me so relaxed. Wing (front desk) is always so welcoming! Her energy and smile is very infectious! She remembers each client by name and their preferred consultant and always helping us get our preferred time.

She is sincere, humble and genuine towards customer - in her own way. She knows what your skin needs in each visit. Her treatment service is so pampering. I believe most therapists are indeed nice, hence long-staying in the company. Wing is another attention-to-detail servicing manager. She remembers your preference from time to time, and very sure to contact customers for regular visits. I am very thankful for her service. Apple was my therapist on my 1st visit.
