Room Hair Salon

I typically don’t write reviews, but I feel ROOM salon deserves it! This was my first visit to ROOM, and Tamami worked wonders on my hair. I absolutely love the non-bleach highlights, which are perfect for my work. Their “Cinderella” hair treatment made my hair smooth and shiny. She understood my concern from my past experience of faded hair dye from other salon which she assured me it would not be disastrous. Also, a big thank you to the entire ROOM team for making my visit so memorable as well (e.g. drinks, friendly) I look forward to my next appointment in Jan 2025 after I return from my wedding / honeymoon Cheers !

Amazing service and the staff was very nice. Went to the Salon on my first day in Singapore as i wanted to look fresh for my holidays and my hair dresser did an excellent job. It was also my first time getting bangs and i was definitely blown away with how good it looked. 10/10 would definitely come back again next time im down in Singapore.

I was in Singapore for a long layover and desperately needed to fix a bad haircut and damage from swimming. I did the cut + rebond + treatment package and loved it. Emiko was so attentive and careful during every step of the process. I fell asleep many times since it was so relaxing. I especially liked the chamomile tea. Thank you so much for fixing my hair and restoring this weary traveler back to life. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely book again! Maybe in a few months. 😊

I come to this lovely salon for a quiet retreat. It’s an oasis for me in the midst of my self-destructive work. The hairstylists are sensitive and know I need the quietness and calmness. Each of their movements is skillful and measured and purposeful. I can’t read because of poor eyesight so i spend the time drifting in and out of slumber or watch Emiko-san cut or colour my hair. I deeply appreciate how skillfully she dries my hair. Not hurried, no typhoon. Just enduring, rhythmic movements and a low monotonous hum of the hairdryer... I hardly ever feel the heat or wind against my scalp or neck. Please consider this salon after a day’s work. It will really be good for your soul.

My husband and I have been getting our haircuts with Tamami-san since their Amoy days. The haircuts are exactly what we want. Tamami-san is friendly yet non-intrusive; she makes us feel comfortable here :)
