REACH Counselling Centre @ Shunfu

REACH Counselling Centre @ Shunfu is part of REACH Community Services, a social service agency in Singapore dedicated to counselling and mental health, and to family, youth and senior care. Guided by the mission to reach the Least, the Lost and the Lonely, the team offers professional services designed to touch hearts and strengthen lives. Serving residents in Shunfu and the surrounding Bishan, Sin Ming and Thomson vicinity, REACH Family Service is community-based, and is commissioned and funded by the Ministry of Social and Family Development. The practitioners work collaboratively with clients, helping them harness their strengths and resources while providing the support needed to face challenges and build stronger family bonds. Opened in 2015, the Shunfu centre provides counselling for individuals, couples and families in a welcoming space with seven counselling rooms and a multi-purpose hall for talks, workshops and community events. Alongside counselling, it runs programmes that strengthen relationships and wellbeing across life stages, including marriage enrichment, premarital preparation, family life empowerment and wellness enhancement. Caregiver support is also available through counselling and emotional support. As part of REACH Counselling’s ongoing contribution to the sector, the organisation also builds capability by training professionals in affair recovery.
