Visited here for a health checkup for my daughter. Service was fast, place was superbly clean with lots of sanitizers, snacks and drinks. Very happy with the service and the place. Best of all it’s just a 2 min walk from Holland V mrt Station. However, due to its upmarket feel, doctors’ fees are probably not that cheap unless it’s sponsored.

Had a good experience here doing flu vaccination. Check in to payment and checkout in about 25min which is decent. Staff were helpful and polite QR code to join queue (to the right of the counters) was also a smart way to move the load away from reception desk.

The best Raffles Medical experience! Visited today for the first time for a one-off treatment for my child. From the Chinese receptionist who helped with our registration as we missed our queue number to Dr. Low Tzuemn Ling to Nurse Ruby, every interaction was pleasant. Dr. Low was very pleasant, empathetic and caring. Pretty rare traits of GPs these days. She was very sensitive to the needs of her patients. Similarly, Nurse Ruby was very gentle and patient when handling her patient. Thank you for assuring us, making the treatment painless and comfortable.
