RABL: Refined Artisan Barber Lounge

went for a much needed haircut for the first time at RABL. the cost for the haircut is justifiable for the experience from start to finish. barber Safar is welcoming, competent, and well-equipped. place is clean, neat, and tidy. there is also a comfortable waiting area. highly recommend for the experience :)

Just had the best experience getting my hair coloured and cut! Everything felt super relaxed and professional, and you can tell they really know their stuff. My hair looks and feels incredible—I’m seriously obsessed. As how Haqie said upon finishing “Welcome Back!”. It was indeed a welcome back for me. Highly recommend if you’re looking to refresh your look!

On top of that, there were some pleasant small talks throughout the session, making the atmosphere really relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had my first haircut with Mai at this barbershop. From the start, Mai was attentive, beginning with a detailed consultation to understand exactly what I wanted and the unique challenges with my hair. I have a flatter shape at the back of my head, which can make a fade tricky, but he skillfully created an effect that softened that area perfectly. Mai worked without rushing, truly listening to my feedback and offering suggestions that suited me best. Even when he was finished, he made sure I was completely satisfied by asking if any adjustments were needed. A fantastic experience overall.

Went for their "Signature experience" on the 9th December 2024. I was very very impressed with the service. I've been to many barber shops in Singapore but this is the best experience so far. When I entered their place, I was greeted by my barber ( Mai ). I came slightly early for my appointment, therefore, Mai told me to take a seat at their waiting area. Ambience was great. Music not too loud & aircon is just at the right temperature. Shortly after, I was brought to Mai's station. Mai took his time to cut my hair precisely. He took my request promptly as I like my hair to be cut in a specific style. Mai is very good with his scissors. As mentioned, I went for their Signature Experience. After cutting it's time for me to wash. The washing experience I had was exceptional! I fell slightly asleep while Mai massage my head trigger points. It was very unexpected that a barber shop would offer such good service. Mai definitely knows what's he doing. I paid $68 for the haircut. To be frank, it's the most that i've spent on a cut. Despite the price, I would definitely pay them a visit again and again. It's definitely worth every penny. Once again thank you Mai for providing such a wonderful & great service!
