I’ve been coming here for years and always have a pleasant experience. They are very kind professionals and are good with what they do. They make you feel at ease and take feedback with utmost care and professionalism. You really can feel that customer service is their top priority and having their customers leave happy matters a lot to them.

Its more of a family saloon to us. We have been visiting this hair studio since we moved into the neighborhood. The services are great. When i decided to give myself new look every year, its to this saloon I go to. Lastly i did perm curls to my hair. My hair type is silky smooth straight and getting curls on it was a challenge. It took almost 5 hours for the it. But the end result is awesome. I was afraid that the hair length will get much shorter after curls, but ta da... not much different. My daughter did hair rebonding, and she is in love with it now. There is no after styling problems. No hair loss or any. The staffs suggest on how to take care of your hair after styling.

I had a bit of a last-minute visit about 20 minutes before closing. I've been debating whether to let my hair grow or trim it. Since I was already nearby after grocery shopping, I decided to stop by and ask if they could take one last customer. Crystal, who was relaxing at the back and seemed ready to end her day while waiting for her two colleagues to finish up with their clients, immediately welcomed me with a determined smile that suggested she was about to make someone's day and was confident about it. She asked for only a reference photo since I was undecided. I closed my eyes the whole time. I was beyond impressed. But one thing's for sure: Crystal assured me that I'll be in good hands in the future! Please note that this review is mainly based on the overall experience and the circumstances I found myself in rather than the technical aspects of her scissor skills or styling acumen. Although Crystal seems terrific at what she does, I'm sure.

Thanks aboy xiao ming. gave me a satisfactory haircut at the end of the day. at first i told the guy it wasn't thin enough after he said after cutting and washing it it will be much thinner. and after washing it i was completely satisfied no need to fix anything

I visited this salon for a soft rebonding treatment. Carol was very attentive and understood exactly what I wanted. The pricing was fair, so I also decided to get a scalp treatment. Emily did an excellent job washing, rebonding, and treating my hair exactly as I requested—not too straight. Carol finished with a nice trim, and I'm pleased with how everything turned out. She even offered a touch-up if I wasn't completely satisfied after washing it at home. No hard selling was a definite plus. I'm delighted to have found such a great salon in my neighbourhood and will definitely be returning.
