Made an appointment using their app. The process was quick and smooth, only took 1-2 minutes. Nurses at reception were polite and efficient. I was able to see the doctor after a few minutes. Dr Wong (Chinese Medicine)was informative, professional and patient. A pleasant experience overall!
The receptionists here can be rather curt at times, but I wouldn't say they were rude. The doctors themselves are ok and relatively friendly. As with most Quality Healthcare clinics though, there can be a bit of a wait, and the waiting room is usually too cold.
