Had a great experience on my first visit to Proper Horse Barber Shop 💈 This hidden gem is located within a hotel with the nearest MRT being Jalan Besar. Upon arriving, the barber very kindly opened the door for me and invited me to have a seat and even offered me a bottle of water. I requested for a 0.5 Mid Fade with my top trimmed and thinned, in which he delivered a very good haircut with keen attention to details. After the cut was finished, he ended it off with a head, neck and back massage, along with a crack of the neck. Overall experience here was very good and positive, would recommend anyone looking for a clean and neat haircut along with a good experience to come give this hidden gem of a Barbershop a try! 💈

I'm THRILLED with the results. The barber, Mr. RAJ did an AMAZING job understanding exactly what I wanted that suits my face shape perfectly. He was very PROFESSIONAL, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. While I'm waiting, he offered me free drinks like soda, coffee or alcohol. The barbershop was CLEAN and had a relaxing atmosphere, making the entire experience comfortable. I highly recommend Proper Horse at Madras Street.
