Been going for the past 15 years. The staff are the same throughout the 15 years. Maggie cuts very well layered hair. This is highlights with treatment and cut wash. Prices are hdb rates very reasonable and on par or even better than shopping mall salons. CDC accepted here. Salon is beside HAO MART.
