Had the best experience by Lily, Senior Korean Stylist! Had my hair done by her several times and her service is consistently good. I showed her a few pictures of the hairstyles I was interested in and she recommend the best one based on my face shape, interest and preference! English is good so no problem communicating! She also recommend treatment for my hair problem AND post haircut maintenance! Such a sweet hair stylist. Highly recommend Lily for your next hair fix! 💯

I had an amazing experience at JEM Protrim today. My hairstylist, Min, was incredibly observant and cheerful, which made the entire visit feel so comfortable. She noticed my phone battery was about to go flat and kindly offered her charger without me even having to ask! When I mentioned that the smell of the hair chemical was a bit strong, she immediately offered me an essential oil to help ease the scent. I truly appreciated her attentiveness and care throughout the appointment. I also want to give a special shout-out to the hairstylist assistant, Kelly. She was not only polite but also very professional and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my visit. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Had my haircut at Protrim Jem outlet by Lily(Korean). She delivered what I wanted and very professional skill is perform during my session there. No hard selling but she did recommend me treatment that suitable for my hair type. Amazing experience with her! And thankful for a good hair wash by one of the stylist assistant. 👍🏻

김한별 servixe is the best (beside hair cut, not mentioning this part). Been finding 3 year in Singapore, Hair Stylist that is friendly, soft, gentle, humble, always willing to learn. Since she is Korean, is expected that her English is not smooth, speak English slowly to her, she can understand. Thumbs Up 👍👍 Keep up the good work 💪💪
