As an old customer of over 3 years, two professional nail artist Jessie and Na Na has been with me since then. Their attention to detail, skill, and personalized approach have consistently delivered beautiful, professional results that I've always been extremely satisfied with. Jessie and Na Na are true artists when it comes to manicures - they clearly take pride in their work and go above and beyond to ensure their clients leave feeling confident and happy with their nails. The level of care and artistry they put into each service is truly impressive. I've always felt welcomed and well cared for during my appointments. They treated me like a valued, long-term customer, remembering my preferences and making sure I left looking and feeling my best.

I have been engaging their manicure and pedicure services for more than 2-years now and have had a consistently positive experience. The staff, especially Nana, Jessie and Jess, are friendly and professional. Nana, who primarily attends to my pedicure, is particularly attentive, accommodating, skillful, and always a pleasure to interact with. While I've had less interaction with Jessie and Jess, they have both been equally warm and welcoming. One thing I truly appreciate is that they are not pushy with sales and what services I requested, such as manicure or pedicure. Moving forward, I hope to focus on finishing my existing package before committing to any new one, which I greatly value as a customer. However, I feel customers should be given even more freedom to choose and commit to service packages at their own pace. By fostering this kind of customer-centric approach, I believe Pretticure could set a great example in the industry and attract even more loyal customers. Overall, it's been a pleasant experience, and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for quality nail care without the hard sell.
