I did signature facial which is tailored to my skin type. My therapist is very patient and take time to explain about the facial that she will be doing for me. I like Poly beauty because they don’t hard sell. It is a very comfortable and pleasant facial experience and the staff are very helpful and professional. I have been going to Polybeauty for many years, right from when they were at Vivocity, then Harbourfront. Now they are at Shunfu Jadescape. Found them long ago via Google, tried them out and loved their excellent skills, customer service and dedication. Eyebrows, facials, waxing etc.

Having been to many facial salons, this is by far the only one that keeps me looking forward to every visit. Their signature facials are tailored to my skin type and condition during my monthly visit. My therapist will also take time to explain to me how I should care for my skin post-facial. And any of us who has visited other beauty salons will definitely meet with pushy sales tactic, but definitely NOT at Polybeauty. The therapists will not hard sell. In all, it’s a very comfortable and homely salon, where you can safely leave your tired/stressed skin to the therapist, and you will leave the salon with a glow and revived skin.
