Pixie Nail Spa @White Sands

1st visit at White Sands. Anna (from Hanoi) did my classic pedicure $39 nett. Very good job, wide range of colours, very friendly lady. No hard sell, very good experience, I like it and I will come back again. Note: Additional $10 for specific brand colours.

First time visit to outlet via walk-in and did classic manicure ($29), classic pedicure ($39), and leg waxing (both legs, $45). Great service by Rachel (Malaysian) and Mila (Vietnamese). Nice ambience, no particular hard selling (more of recommendations) and meticulous and quick service. Signed up for cash credits and will be back! ☺️👍🏻

I get regular pedicure done at different nail spas over the many years. However, when i step into Pixie Nail Spa at White Sands for the very first time in November 2024. I felt the energy in this spa was particularly very calm and peaceful. The ladies attending to me was gracious and they paid attention to detail when cleaning my feet. Towards the end Rachel suggested a particular treatment for my dry and hard skin on my sole. Which i agreed, it needed the extra treatment. I truly enjoyed the treatment and the extra attention given to my feet. Who doesn't like the pampering of ones feet. Rachel asked me if am satisfied with the pedicure and callus treatment. It was a big YES of course! Nothing pushy at all when it came to sharing the price of the package. Rachel gave me the space and knew i was thinking about it. At the time payment i asked more question and Cat was able to answer more questions again no hard selling. With that I said i will signed up for a package. Rachel was so surprised that i signed up cos she though i wont. I was equally surprised with myself. I told both Rachel and Cat, all these years of having pedicure done and I have habit of never getting a package. However, your service has changed my mind. Since then, i look forward to coming to meet the ladies and getting the pampering and relaxation i need. Well Done ladies, all of you even if i didn't mention your name, you are simply amazing. Well done!
