I highly recommend the Tanjong Pagar branch of Liya. In addition to providing high-quality nail services, I am extremely satisfied with the final results. Unlike some of the other reviews, I did not experience any pushy sales tactics during my visit. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and provided exceptional A+ service. A quick tip: they can get quite busy, so it’s a good idea to book an appointment in advance.

I've been going to this outlet for my monthly manicures since Dec 2024 and I have to say, it's always a great experience. Jiayi is my go-to manicurist for my in-grown toenails, something I've struggled with for years. She’s exceptional at trimming them with such care, and surprisingly, there's little to no pain, which is a huge relief for me. The other girls—Ting, Chloe, and Cat—are always so friendly and helpful. I enjoy chatting with them during my visits, and they’re always happy to offer their opinions when I’m undecided about nail colours, making it a lot easier to make a choice. These four girls were transferred from the Dhoby Ghuat outlet, and I’ve followed them here because of the fantastic service they provide. Their positive attitude and attention to detail keep me coming back every month. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of great service and a welcoming atmosphere!

I’ve been coming here for 8 years but what has gotten me to return is Liya! She’s amazing and I’ve done gels back to back and she makes sure my nails don’t get damaged and stay healthy. She can do a lot of pretty designs per my request and my nails always look great.

I had an incredible experience with Cathryn! She is truly talented and pays great attention to detail. My nails turned out absolutely stunning, exactly how I wanted them. Not only is she skilled, but she is also very patient and friendly, making the whole session enjoyable. The salon was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere. She also gave great advice on nail care, ensuring my nails stay healthy and beautiful for a long time.
