Professional and amazing team! I've been here for physiotherapy & sport training for 7 months after my fracture surgery and nerve complication on my left arm. Really appreciate their thoughtfulness and how they always tailor the sessions to accelerate my recovery 🙏🏻
The trainer makes effort to make the class more enjoyable with a lot of hands on sessions. It will be more beneficial to have basic anatomy knowledge to make the sessions more useful too, but otherwise it’s an eye opener how different taping techniques works
I have been visiting Physioconnect on and off for the last 6/7 years for different issues and the therapists have been very knowledgeable in helping me understand my body better and how to manage the different injuries I had sustained over the last couple of years. The therapists here are also tagged to various professional and school sports teams which gives them more experience in dealing with different sorts of pain and injuries.
