I've tried over the counter sole inserts and stretches from online videos but had never helped. There were times that taking the first step in the morning was a challenge. Joanne is highly professional and very meticulous in understanding my condition from the start till the end. She not only crafted a sole insert during my first visit to provide immediate relief but also followed up with a series of treatments to facilitate the healing process of my plantar fascia. She also demonstrated exercises and stretches that I can do at home that prevents recurrence. I have to say that going for an assessment and subsequent treatment was one of the better decisions that I've made as opposed to living with the pain and using over the counter remedies.
