Phoenix Rehab Physio & Hand (NOVENA)

Having hip pain, visited and attended by physiotherapist Miss Zita. She’s friendly, funny and very welcoming. She has been helping me with my hip pain which has improved. And I also got a free massage ball for free from this good review, not pink though :(

Had an elbow injury and was referred by a specialist to Phoenix physiotherapy. Nurul gave me a lot of guidance on how to care with a targeted time frame and action plan for recovery. She is very knowledge and keen to understand each patient's unique situation so can customize her treatment and advice.

I have been coming to Phoenix Rehab since November 2024 following surgery for a torn meniscus . Zita is attentive and gentle. Under her supervision, she taught me a range of exercises which slowly allowed me to strengthen my leg and reduce the pain. Zita is also very skilful in relieving tight muscles. I would recommend Zita to my friends.

This is a long overdue review. I have first seen my therapist, Yuna when I injured my wrist few weeks ago. Very professional, patience, and pro active in explaining the treatment process for my wrist. She took great care in making sure I was comfortable and understood the treatment. Part of my treatment requires to customise a splint for my wrist and even when doc asked for adjustment due to recovery of my injury, they were quick and prompt to assist and get it done. I have seen Yuna over several sessions since and every-time she exhibit the same cheerful and professional attitude and I have also seen my wrist recovering very well due to her expertise and care! Will definitely highly recommend Yuna if you ever need a therapist !

Had a great experience with Yuna, I visted due to a dance-related wrist injury and she was really helpful in answering all the questions I had related to my injury. She was also able to give useful tips and exercises to help manage the injury. Also did ultrasound and heat therapy which helped to speed up the process of the recovery.
