My son’s therapist is Mr Shashi Ramasamy. He understands my child’s strengths and weaknesses. As such he is able to introduce the correct programs/activities to aid my son to improve his thinking, communication and coordination skills, and his language. In addition, he is very attentive and caring. After each session, he provides update on the activities conducted, the purposes of them and the progress of my son. This is very useful and it helps us (parents) to have a good understanding (including the progress). Shashi is transparent in his feedback which is very appreciated by us. My son has done well for his exam and we appreciated the effort and care by Mr Shashi. Thanks Mr Shashi. My child enjoys every lesson and always look forward to the next. We will recommend Oz Works.
I cannot thank Ms. Sharon Seah enough for the outstanding care and expertise she provided me. As someone with Congenital Muscular Dystrophy, my hands have suffered from prolonged muscle contractions, leaving them deformed and difficult to move. Ms. Seah's compassion and empathy made me feel truly understood and cared for throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail, expertise, and personalized approach ensured the splint was not only effective but also comfortable for daily wear. On a plus side, She is able to make the customised hand splint within an hour The splint has already started making a difference, and it’s all thanks to Ms Sharon's expertise. I am now able to flex my wrist more easily without contracting my fingers, a huge improvement I didn’t think possible She is an incredible therapist who goes above and beyond for her patients. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking an occupational therapist who combines skill with a deep sense of empathy. Thank you, Ms. Sharon Seah, for your outstanding care!
Would recommend Ozworks - they have a cosy set up and a gym (with flying fox!) that my son really enjoyed. Each OT session is fun, and he enjoyed every session with Benedict. It's also conveniently located in the Forum (with free 2h parking on weekdays!)
Dr. Sharon Seah is one of the best doctors I've met. She is kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and responsive. She took the time to answer all of my questions and ease my concerns about my sport-related thumb injury. She also made a custom splint to support healing and was willing to see me for last-minute appointments to modify the splint if there was any discomfort. I was particularly impressed by Dr. Seah's encouragement and reassurance regarding my recovery. She was positive and supportive while I mentioned I wanted to continue rock climbing, even though I was still unable to use my thumb. I would highly recommend Dr. Seah to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. The lady at the reception was also very nice and helpful. She made the overall recovery process a smooth and pleasant experience. Thank you, Dr. Seah and Ozworks!
I had brought my daughter to see Jaclyn after her diagnose of autism in early 2000. The occupational therapy she received laid the early coping foundation for not just her but also for our family. We learned how to support each other and Jaclyn was always available whenever I needed her (sometimes as a parent we need that support too). Now my daughter is a grown woman, independent and living in another country as she continues her university. Everything is possible when you are supported by the best help. Thank you Jaclyn and Ozworks. May you continue to do your good work and prosper.
