Having served IMH, CGH and NUH for more than a decade, and further trained at the Institute of Psychiatry & King’s College London, Dr Lui is especially comfortable supporting adults and youths with addictions. A Certified Substance Abuse Counsellor, he is skilled across in-patient, clinic and court settings, serves as tele-consultant for compensation claims, and advocates for LGBTQ+ clients and the neurodivergent. He has also received recognition and an award for teaching excellence. Services include personalised mental health assessments and treatments, with plans that can be shared with your therapist or GP (with consent) for collaborative care. Capacity assessments, LPA certification and specialist reports support autonomy for you and your loved ones.
