5/5 Stars! I recently visited Oriental for a walk-in appointment, seeking relief from a stiff neck and debilitating headaches. Despite not having a prior appointment, the front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and managed to squeeze me in. Physician Doong was exceptional! She took the time to thoroughly examine me, asked pertinent questions, and clearly explained my symptoms and treatment options. Her diagnosis was spot on, and after the initial treatment, I experienced significant relief - the headaches vanished! The counter staff, Daniel, was also commendable. He was friendly, helpful, and took the initiative to explain the various plans available to me. Overall, I had an outstanding experience with Orental’s Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services. The professionalism, expertise, and warm hospitality of the staff have earned my trust and appreciation. Highly recommended!"

I can barely walk as my right hip was so painful and I cannot sleep at night. I chances upon oriental remedies and I am happy I found them. Physician Yap attended to me and did acupuncture and heat therapy. After 1/2 hour I can already walk quite well. The next day I can bend my leg and walk properly. I chanced upon Oriental Remedies as I was searching for an alternative to steroidal treatments. After just 2-3 sessions with Physican Yap, I was able to see great improvements to my eczema. I came for a right shoulder strain sustained during badminton. Received acupuncture treatment from Physician Tan and felt much better after. Injury was gone by the next week. I would recommend this clinic as the service was friendly and the treatment was effective.
