Gerald is a very good barber who is very friendly and can meet the needs of customers. The first time I cut my hair in Singapore was here, a year ago, he helped me find a color that suited me and helped me dye my hair. After that I felt very satisfied. Every time I finish cutting my hair, he will help me with the styling for free, and he will provide me with a mirror to see the situation of my hair at the back of my head, which is very interesting and also shows that he is a very careful person. Gerald's craftsmanship is very good. The tools he uses are very clean, and the entire hair salon environment is very neat and tidy. The music is very pleasant, and I feel very relaxed every time I go. He is very talkative, and we can talk a lot every time. He is a very great barber and for me, he is also a respected elder.

I have been trusting Gerald with my hair for over 4 years now. I'm personally very picky with the hairstylist as most of the stylists always provide unsolicited comments about my hair to upsell me their services/products. Gerald is completely different — he really took the time to listen to what I wanted and will deliver exactly what I asked for without pressuring me to upgrade/purchase anything. I've done treatment, permed, dyed and cut my hair with him, and the results were always satisfactory.
