The best old school barber in Hougang. The only barber I trust with my life to come out looking handsome and dashing. Old school cuts are the new cool like yours truly. Just to take note, it can get really busy so if possible do drop a text or call to make an appointment if you're planning to head down. Don't say I didn't warn you! Hahahaha!
