I had an amazing experience at this salon! Ron and his team provide exceptional service. Ron gave me a haircut that I've been wanting to try for a while, and I couldn't be happier with the result—it's the perfect length, easy to maintain, and still looks stylish. The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I had a little mishap when I accidentally broke a bottle of spray I had just purchased. When I explained the situation, the staff was incredibly kind and promptly exchanged it for a new one. Their customer service really stood out to me. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I have been getting my haircut with Ron at NK@Waterway Point for almost 2 to 3 years. He knows how to cut my hair well, which not many people do. Ron is a friendly, cheerful, and kind person who treats customers well. He has never been pushy about asking customers to sign up for packages or buy in-house products, which makes me feel very comfortable with his sincerity. Keep up the good work, Ron!
