Night Barbers Kovan

Finally decided on visiting Night Barbers after my package at a nearby salon ended and its one of the best decision so far! I've arrived 30minutes earlier and Brother Selvam was free after finishing a job and jump right straight to serve me! As I've not been to a barber for many years, I do not know what to expect. But Selvam is patient and explain to me on how he will cut my hair while asking about my expectation. He totally meet my expectation and even went beyond after I ask if he could trim my eyebrow. Grateful and from now on, I will be a loyal customer! Thank you brother Selvam!!!!

Came across this night barber in my neighborhood, can't believe that we never knew of such a cool place for a shave for my husband. He has done his shaves in fancy barbers in Germany and Switzerland but this place still stole his heart for being such a humble, no fuss and great blade shave skills. I love sitting outside the barber in their nicely put together little corners and enjoy the peaceful neighbourhood enjoying the evening breeze. It's not fancy pantsy here but somehow has it's own charm that it has become our go-to. And it's perfect if you couple this with a night stroll after to enjoy the quiet neighborhood or go down the street to get a pint from this bar nearby.

Every few months, I wake up depressed, get dressed depressed, go to work depressed, slave away...depressed. Then, the time to cut my hair rolls around, I go to my favorite barber place and get a fade cut. The sun shines a bit brighter, the clouds parted, and the rain stopped. My day is made. My mood is lifted, I'm happy to even exist. I can feel how meticulous Vimal was when cutting my hair. Especially when my hair is particularly long. Words can not describe the feeling of how good the cut was. Simply breathtaking.

Selvam my barber today was excellent - very detailed, patient and skilful in harbouring and beard trimming. Highly recommend Selvam and this barber shop which is unique in style with friendly barbers ! 5 Star experience

Edited (April 2024): Besides the fabulous fade cuts, they offer a head massage, which I decided to try since I had time after my haircut. Was super happy I did, because it lasted around 15-20min and was so relaxing. Appreciated how refreshing the herbal oil was when massaged into the scalp. Ended with a fantastic neck crack too. 👍 If you’re skeptical - give it a crack (pun fully intended 😂) and thank me later. ** Selvam is patient and professional, and very skilled with the scissors and razors! My go-to guy for excellent fades. Love how they are open late to cater to folks looking to get a cut after work. Booking is also a breeze via their online platform. Highly recommend!
