New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association The Wellness Centre (Sham Shui Po) 安泰軒（深水埗） is an Integrated Community Centre for Mental Wellness offering one-stop, recovery‑oriented mental health support for the Sham Shui Po community. Operated by New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association since 2010, the centre promotes holistic well‑being, supports recovery and community living, and fosters social inclusion. Care is personalised and evidence‑based. Services span casework counselling with outreaching home visits, wellness programmes through interest classes and therapeutic/social groups, peer support, clinical psychological services and occupational therapy, as well as vocational planning and development. The centre also leads community education and anti‑stigma initiatives to build a more understanding neighbourhood. Support is available for people in recovery or with suspected mental health challenges aged 15 or above, secondary school students needing community support, families and carers, local residents interested in enhancing their mental health, and residents with mental health needs living in private residential care homes for persons with disabilities. Clients value the safe, supportive environment and the integrated pathway under one roof—designed to empower individuals and families to move forward with confidence.
