i went there last sunday to avail their gel mani and pedi promotion. i was very satisfied on the pedicure but with the manicure, the manicurist kept on cutting my cuticle till it bleed! the bad part is, after ONLY 3 days, my gel nail polish already starting to peel off! i paid $130+ 'coz of some additional and surprisingly got GST as well. i really called and complain and asked me to come at a working hours timing. hoping the gel nail polish will be better once i come back to redo my nails. update after a week of the redo: so i went back and Venice was very accommodating. She also did my nails and i am glad with her service. my nails are still in good condition even after a week.
Venice is my manicurist as my friend intro me.Her service is the best ~ But if u are very clueless what to do for your wedding let her freestyle for you. I really give alot thumb up to her😍😍
