Did gel removal for my hand. Read the reviews and walked few salons to check out before deciding here. There are alot salons now opening with inexperienced manicurist and this salon has experienced manicurist who knew what to do and what is required. Not like the one I went to which removed my toe gel pedicure in subpar standard and left all the remaining gel there. Was pleased with the results that Joanne has given me and I signed up for their trial nail treatment, though I didn't thought of it in 1st place. Will be back
