I usually don't review a nail salon unless it consistently provides good service. Nail Queen has surpassed my expectations at least seven times to date! The quality of manicures and pedicures is impeccable—challenge them with designs, and the nail technicians fulfil them with humble ease. Emma and Hari have been regular go-to’s and I am amazed at their level of service. There is a separate coffee space in case you have to wait, and it is well-stocked with coffee, water and tea! The place is almost always packed, so I encourage you to book well in advance. Their Whatsapp service is fast and attentive! Thank you for making me feel like a queen every time, Michelle! What a great experience ever!!!! Firstly the environment is so comfy plus a small counter bar for customer get coffee and water??? 🥹 Secondly, The staff here is so friendly and soft spoken super caring even ask me want a cup of coffee or not because i keep yawning hahaha… The price wise for me I think is very reasonable. This is my next go to place to do my nails and lashes. I love how my nails turn out so much super clean!!! 🥰🥰🥰

I’m so glad I found this nail salon (I was almost ready to give up doing manicures as many other places I’ve tried weren’t up to my standards) because the nail techs are so meticulous and lovely! I’ve been coming here consistently for one year and I always look forward to my nail appointments with Jaslyn. She’s detailed, friendly, and always takes great care of my nails ! I’ve never been disappointed by the level of service, and I really enjoy the environment of the nail salon. It’s comfortable and relaxing, so it’s perfect when you want to have some pampering time. The owner, Michelle is also really nice and you can tell she takes pride in her business with the high level of quality & service here.

I want to thank the team for accommodating my last-minute appointment request. My initial appointment was set for 2:30 PM, but since I finished work early, I reached out to see if I could come in sooner. Gem, the manager, was incredibly helpful and managed to fit me in at 1:30 PM. I was assigned to Linda, my nail artist for the day, and she was fantastic. She was very detail-oriented and checked in with me throughout each step. However, during the cuticle trimming, she accidentally pricked my right pinky, which was quite painful, but she immediately apologized. Aside from that, the rest of the session went smoothly. The final result was absolutely adorable, and before I left, Linda made sure to check on my pinky and applied some ointment to soothe it. If you’re in the CBD area in Singapore and need your nails done, I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a few years now, and I have to say, it’s been a consistently great experience. Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting Susan, one of the manicurists, and she truly stands out. She is an absolute artist with her work! Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also so kind and attentive, making each visit a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I’ve never left disappointed and always look forward to my next appointment with her. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for expert nail art and fantastic service!
