I had a hair cut few days ago! It was my first time at the salon but i was pretty impressed with the cuts and style that came out. My stylist i chose was a jr i think. i got a mullet. It came out pretty great except the remaining let down hair wasn’t equal both sides. Like one side was way longer than the other which i only realise after i got home. Idk if it should be that way? But hm 70 bucks for a shoulder hair length and the unequal cuts bit not worth it Edited: The salon reached out and kindly offered to fix it free of charge, which I really appreciate. Although I couldn’t return due to scheduling and distance, their professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue speak volumes about their customer service.

Went for my 2nd appointment in April. Another wonderful experience from the get go. Entered the doors to a welcoming reception and everyone was friendly, saw Toto the kawaii cat too. Stylist took time to go through the rebonding process, explaining what’s feasible & fitting. The director listened patiently and attentively to your preferred style. Toto occasionally comes over for some cuddling. Such warmth and efficiency! I will gladly revisit and looking forward to experience the many styling options available!

Got peekaboo highlights done by prithi and they came out amazing! Have never had a colourist do strength testing before bleaching my hair, so you can tell they really care for their work 👍🏻

Went to MUSUBI outlet and was amazing customer service. Got a haircut done professionally by Takuya and hair dyed by Faith. Will definitely come again. Cleanliness of place was really well maintained. All Staff was very friendly and reciprocative to request. Would recommend. Got exactly what I wanted. ❤️ left the salon feeling so confident 🥰

Germaine ATEEE. The made my hair from thick and heavy to super light and fresh. So much volume and gave me styling tips so I can style it the same at home. Will definitely be a regular here . Much love , xoxo
