Did my facial at the Jurong East branch and was served by Xiao Xiao. Facial was very relaxing and the extractions were very thorough! went in with many clogged pores and rough skin and walked out with smooth and very soft skin. service was good too, so i signed a package with them. Can't wait for my next session!
Coco the branch manager of Jurong east branch has very good skills, facial with her is very comfortable. She's able to provide a pleasant experience during the period of 1.5-2h facial. Jurong east branch now also has receptionist who promptly books appointments for customers and provide sms appointment confirmation which is very convenient. Recommended!
The whole experience begins with the new receptionist, Doleen. She has been very helpful with my appointment booking. The beautician, Xiao Xiao, is very experienced and ensured that the appropriate facial treatment is carried out for my skin condition. Together with her manager, Coco, they provided me with the most ideal facial package without being pushy about it. The overall experience is superb!
Doreen Leong is v courteous , friendly n helpful . She always helps me to book for appointments n never fail to inform Shu there b any cancellations tt I may able to take up !
