Melo Spa - Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin

Great services and very nice environment, staffs and therapist are attentive. And I love the selections of massage oil, a great place to come regularly.

The decoration and rooms are looking a bit old but it's still a relaxing place to go. My therapist was good and I was able to fall asleep 10 minutes into the massage. I woke up feeling better than when I got off the plane a couple of hours ago. A good experience overall

OMG!! It’s a lovely escape from busy city life!! The room is so quiet and I love the beautiful views!! Fantastic facilities in room and the signature body polish and massage are terrific!! But the sauna and steam in the ladies aren’t not clean and the jacuzzi is not working properly but can’t get help from anyone.

worth the price. One hour total relax, nice background music, good fragance, staff are concentrated in providing the best massage experience, quiet, just enjoy the touch of a massage. 1000 HKD per an hour, actually longer, they serve you with tea before you get ready, massage starts, and you will have some time to enjoy another herbal drink they prepare in the room.

First time having facial spa, and it is with them. Agnes was the one who helped me and she is great. The environment on this spa is very relaxing and comfy
