Nice and cosy clinic located closer to Toa Payoh MRT, staffs are kind and helpful. Very good and friendly doctor, keen to listen and advise based on the problem. Affordable rates and they tell you the costs upfront before any procedures. Definitely Recommended !!

I came in to see Dr Ong for pigmentation concerns, and I was impressed by how comfortable and professional the consultation was. After just one session of IPL, I noticed a significant improvement! My skin looked brighter, and the pigmentation had already started to fade. The treatment was quick and surprisingly comfortable, with minimal downtime. The clinic assistant, Yana, was also incredibly kind and made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone dealing with skin issues :)

I booked an appt in January with 2 aesthetics clinic (one found through google and another one was recommended by a friend). I secured an April appt from this clinic found from google and was given an earlier date due to cancellation from another patient. First visit to remove 1 milia seed at inner corner of my left eye. RF was recommended after consultation. Although price wasn’t competitive but procedure by Dr Robert was efficient with minimal discomfort. Thanks Dr Robert. You’re welcome.

I have been with Medical Aesthetic for many years. Dr Robert Ong is very experienced and attentive. He has helped resolved my acne and weight management problems. The clinic staff esp Carmen are very kind and attentive, impressed that she tries to follow up when I forgot to make appointment after a missed visit. I like their skin care products. Prices are reasonable and clinic does not hard sell. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking out for an aesthetic clinic!
