It has been very pleasant visits to this clinic. Dr Lam is very friendly, her diagnosis is good and the prescribed medicine been good for my child so far, in powdered form and easy to digest. The counter nurse been really approachable and friendly as well. Overall a good feel about the clinic. Thank you very much.

I have visited this TCM clinic for a few times. Meisya Agustina sinseh is very gentle, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She is able to do the consultation in English, which is not common for TCM service! She also checked in regularly with me on how I felt during the acupuncture sessions. Highly recommended for women, children and even men looking for quality TCM service!

Dr Agustina is very gentle and meticulous. She pays attention to alot of details and is very patience and caring. She is very skillful and good. She got rid of my cough in 1 visit which usually will take a while to recover and requires repeated treatment when i see other tcms in the past. She is not pushy and is transparent with the pricing too. Will definitely come back.. in fact, this is my second visit with her.

The physicians and counter staff here in Pasir Ris branch are friendly and attentive. We have been to a few TCMs, so far, the experience here is great.

Dr Hui Yi has been very effective in helping me deal with my bloatedness and reflux issue with my stomach due to digestion problems. Very friendly and takes the time to explain how the treatment works. She has also helped my son with his sprained ankle and he’s able to walk well again after a few days. Will recommend to anyone to seek treatment at this clinic.
