first time visiting a TCM clinic and was warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionist. visited due to a chronic ankle sprain. physician Li Xiang patiently assessed and assisted with acupuncture. i was thankful he did not force me to purchase the medication when i informed him i was not keen on it. however, as the treatment area and consult area was connected (separated by curtains), i was able to hear the consultation for another patient during my acupuncture. also both the receptionist and physician spoke to me in mandarin (which i understood) - but i can imagine a non-chinese speaker would have difficulty communicating efficiently. the prices are transparent but are also on the more expensive side.
I have injured my back and read the good review from Ma Kuang Marsiling, so I booked an appointment and went on last Friday morning. The reception lady 修凤was kind & friendly and physician, Dr Li Ling was very professional as mentioned. She explained everything in detail before starting treatment for me . Thank you very much and I am now almost fully recovered :)
Today is my first time visiting a TCM clinic. The receptionist was very friendly, nice lady, tried her best to talk to me with her broken English. Dr. Li Xiang was very thorough and kind, tried his best in explaining to me with my limited knowledge of TCM. Thank you Ma Kuang TCM Clinic @ Marsiling, highly recommended. 🫰🏼🫰🏼
Physician Li Ling has always been professional in her expertise. Especially in pain management. Accurately points out knots and the area for treatment. She cares for the patients well. Physician works at this outlet on Tuesdays and Fridays. Highly recommended! The receptionist Ms Angeline is very friendly and nice. She even provides chrysanthemum tea for patients waiting. Very thoughtful. Clinic has been around for more than 20 years. It is clean and well maintained.
Extremely nice and friendly, made me feel assured having treatment. Receptionist is very friendly and asked me to help myself to the tea they provide as well.
