I've been a customer since last November & have visited about six times, including today, but this was my first time with Sheila — and she was amazing! ⭐️ Sheila's friendly, charismatic, gentle, and really knows what she’s doing. I got a full-face wax with brow threading, full-leg wax, and full-arm wax, and it was the least painful experience I’ve had at Lushkara. She made me feel completely at ease with assurance & effortless conversations, which is so important for these services. Thanks to her gentle upselling, I went for Lush Package D this time, and I’m really glad I did. This was a different experience from before as previous staff tend to have a distant or slightly arrogant aura, which might just be introversion, but it does make the experience less welcoming. Sheila, on the other hand, was warm and engaging — I’ll definitely be requesting her for my future visits!

I had a very good experience here with Laxmi. I got a haircut + wash and went from a long to short hairstyle. I showed the stylist a photo reference of the hairstyle I want, she was so nice throughout. She asked me before she did any changes and gave me good advice about hair styling. Very happy with my haircut!

Our first time here and the girls did henna. Vasanthi was truly amazing. She gave constructive feedback, handled them with patience and the henna outcome were so delightful! Thank you! There’s a long queue due to festive period, but the staffs were so organised, smiley & assisting. There were loads of chairs to hold the line. The shop was cool and nice smelling too. Great experience!

Chanced upon this shop and I have 100% no regrets!! The shop is big and clean. Larkshimi did my eyebrow threading and she is the best I have ever experienced in the 15 years I have been threading. She’s so attentive and goes the extra mile to ensure all the Frey hairs are good!
