Lost/Found Spa

I have tried three services last Saturday, and it was an incredible experience! The massage was excellent, and I really appreciated the skill of the masseuse. This was my first time trying the hyperbaric chamber and the cold plunge, and I was amazed. The hyperbaric chamber allows for breathing in 50% oxygen, which was a unique experience!

I had a fun time at Lost/Found Spa! The spa is clean and comfortable. I got to try out the Private Infrared Sauna and the Cold Plunge. The Sauna made me feel so relaxed and felt less stressed afterwards. And with the Cold Plunge, although I did not last very long in there, the staff advised me that I could alternate between heat and cold and made me feel so accommodated. Attendants were corteous, kind and thorough. The spa had a lavender smell to it as well which was so nice. They even had a little snack and tea afterwards to offer me relaxation and hydration, which made me feel so happy. Would definitely come back here again! 😊

The ice bath and sauna experience are special and the massage is comfortable. See you again
