Excellent service and excellent products. Pre-ordered two bedside tables that were erroneously placed in a different container (so, not their fault at all) resulting in a slightly delayed delivery. Alina kindly offered to lend us two bedside tables for a week until ours arrived. And she has updated her colleagues of the situation as she’ll be away. My wife and I were also appreciative by the fine workmanship, the finishing and materials used of the side tables and their cleanliness, upon delivery to us. And Christine at the delivery centre was helpful too, keeping us updated of the status of the delivery of our purchases. Lim’s Legacy is highly recommended for superior service and products.

In June, I made a purchase at the Marina Square outlet. Tyrone, a polite & helpful sales person assisted me and though he was on leave when I subsequently returned to confirm the order, he followed it through meticulously. I did not have to repeat to his colleague what I informed him earlier on, something which unfortunately happens quite often when shopping.. His male colleague who attended to me was the same. I was also at their other shop nearby for lamp-shades and the older of 2 sales ladies who attended to me was a real "pro" on explaining lamp-shades. Wonderful to get good service & well done Lims Legacy!

I had a lovely experience at the Holland Village outlet shopping for new lampshades for a set of bedside lamps. Alina (and the other staff too) was so helpful and knowledgeable and bent over backwards to make sure that I walked out of the store happy. When I found a shade that I liked, but they didn’t have another in stock, Alina went to great lengths to find a solution that worked. She also rescued me from choosing the wrong sized shade and spent a lot of time showing me the different size options, letting me test them on my lamp. I left the shop a very happy customer and will definitely be back and also recommend to others.
