This is a good and ethical gym that doesn’t hard sell. The price is fair and the environment is very comfortable as they limit the amount of people who can be there every time.

The trainer is professional, and the classes are flexible. You can schedule your class with a single purchase, and they won't force you to buy a package for the class. You can try a few classes before deciding to commit to a package. I highly recommend this studio because the trainer focuses on your weak areas and tailors the routine for each class. My experience doing exercises here was excellent I highly recommend it.
Coach Yan is very professional and able to help me to build up muscle for my regular equestrian training. Environment is comfortable and just for girls. Not hard-selling at all. Feeling at ease each time for training.
The all-female gym room has plenty of space. Instructor Hazel is very patient in teaching me and training me based on my own weaknesses, which has greatly improved me!
