This is a really cool traditional HK style chicken hot pot place, that I found out about because I went out with my wife who is HK local and her friends. I am not sure I would've found out about it otherwise like many others haven't. If you're in Tsim Sha Tsui the address is

It has the old-style feeling of Hong Kong restaurants in the 1970s and 1980s ~ the decoration is unique! The chicken pot is delicious~it also has special 𠮩𠹌fire-cooked ingredients!
