Beautiful studio with natural light. Attended my first class here with Shamini, and would highly recommended for beginners as she cues quite precisely and it’s quite relaxed so you can pace yourself. The location is so close to MRT and plenty of things to do around.
Did the Sat morning 9.15am Barre Signature Class with Pui San Chia and loved it. The class is held on the second level of Holland Village Shopping Centre in the annexe beyond Lim’s. I’m very much a noob- I don’t even really know what a child’s pose really is, and I made the error of picking an end mat so every time the class turned towards the wall I was a bit lost, but the kind instructor still made it easy to get through.
Clean and nice studio. Instructor is great and will help to correct our form is off. Will come back again if I have plan around holland village! Will be trying their duxton branch since it’s more convenient for me, hope it is as great. One small thing is that, as it’s inside shopping center, there’s no changing room, need to use the shopping center toilet. So recommend to change before heading for the class
HONEST OPINION Lab studios is a great place for beginners and all the above! Be respectful of the instructors time and show up ready! Go at your own pace and push your limits! You’ll be in for a satisfying workout! to the person who reviewed ONE star are you delulu - I know who you are 👀 you came in mid-warm up hor.. no one is responsible for that except youuuUuU Don’t blame Shauna she was focusing on the rest of us, are you blind? Can you not see the ball and bands by our feet? Be ok with taking it yourself? omg so entitled..
