Kimage Hair Salon (Tampines)

Had a great experience at Kimage Tampines with senior stylist Micheal. I went in for a colour and cut, and he really took the time to listen to what I wanted. He also shared thoughtful suggestions and ideas, which helped me feel confident about the look we were going for. Micheal was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to throughout the session. Really happy with the end result — thank you for the lovely service!

In contrast to their expensive exterior, this salon price is very pocket friendly. I walked past kimage multiple times but never cut here thinking they charge a premium price, turns out to be more affordable than I imagined. $25 for junior stylist includes cut and wash, $45 for senior stylist. Highly recommend

I had curtain bangs and layers cut by Sofeah, a junior stylist, and it was a pleasant experience. The price was reasonable at $25. Sofeah not kept asking if the haircut was okay but also offered some tips for styling, which I appreciate.

Typically salon would serve drinks/tea and some biscuits for customers, in case they get hungry and thirsty after sitting long hours there. There wasn’t any drinks or snacks served here so service wise pales in comparison. Shop exterior and interior is pretty, they have a locker for you to put your belongings which is pretty smart and detailed to include in the design. They were having an ongoing promotion where you get to burst balloons but it is for customers with package (i think). It was quite loud when the balloon was burst maybe they could have opt for another method for such lucky draw. Cost wise, it was 80 for men perm (junior male stylist). He is the busiest in the shop since most of the customers opt for junior so be patient ya! (and not sure if they will pay accordingly to the customers they take LOL the seniors were quite free) It was quite funny that when one of the female staff was asked to help wash the hair to rinse off the chemicals, she is purely going through the motion and not really washing the hair. She swiped through the back of the head without contact… -1 star for this
