Hello! I am a first-time customer with Karva at East Village. I have just done my hair treatment with Kiki. I am very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. She explained beforewhand what she was about to do with my hair. She applied the treatment softly and gave a long good hair wash while massaging it gently. She made me feel very comfortable and she shared a lot about hair care. I look forward to returning next month. Please convey my reviews to her. Recommended!
Had a great me time over at EV Karva. Hair stylist Kiki was quick to let me know that I had dandruff at the back of my hair and recommended hair treatment to treat it. Head+shoulder massage by her assistant was great too during in between treatments. Thank you both!! :))
Love the vibes and hair stylists (Jessica, Lisa and Kak Dira) here. They were gentle with my hair knowing my hair condition. They also recommended and educated me on the best treatments for my hair.
