Jason dyed my hair, did a keratin hair treatment and added some hair extensions. I’m from Australia and speak very limited Chinese, and Jason was very patient, kind and understanding despite the language barrier. I felt comfortable and am happy with the results. Highly recommend Jason

I made an appointment to try feather extensions at JT salon and the results were incredible!! They were very responsive on whatsapp and I managed to make an appointment for the same day after work. I was late though but they were super patient and sweet nonetheless. Had no expectations and was surprised that the salon was helmed by a group of very manly hairstylists haha. They were patient and also thorough in understanding what I wanted to achieve, explained to me what they would do and also gave me the price breakdown before proceeding. I took the longer, healthier and natural extensions so they cost a lil bit more but I was absolutely sold when they told me I could return to get them retied 2 months after when my hair grew out, and that these extensions can be retied up to 3 times?! Girl math absolutely working out for me. They were very attentive and there was never an idle pair of hands - my hair relaxing (I had curls before), leave in treatment, extensions and straightening plus cut took 3 hours all in!! Incredible service and experience. Will recommend to anyone looking to get their hair done or want to experience extensions! PS - my hairstylist was Jason!
