Answered all my questions promptly on WhatsApp. Quick delivery from SF. I love this balance trainer! It’s cheaper than the other brand but very high quality! I love using this for my stability workouts particularly cuz the base has good rubber so the trainer does not slide around on my hard wood floor when stepping on it I definitely recommend it! Its very sturdy and durable!

Great kettlebell for indoor use. The weight is better suited for beginners (like myself) versus someone who is already stronger or used to kettlebell exercises. The things that make this one especially good compared to others of similar weight is 1) its bottom is covered with a thick pad so it won’t damage your floor should you drop it. And 2) it has a smooth handle that is wide enough to be used with two hands enabling you to use it for a two handed (center) lift or use it with one hand. Value for money, recommend!

Joinfit definitely has my favourite mats! Two months ago I used this mat at the gym of Grand Hyatt hotel and I instantly loved it! I got myself a grey and red one from their online shop. I've tried other brands, but always find myself going back to these two. The material is slip-resistant and feels really nice when I do yoga or stretching I often use two of their mats at a time when I'm doing pilates, for cushioning, and that works very well. I'm pretty sensitive to certain types of materials and textures, but these mats are comfortable. Even the ridges add a nice texture and great support. My other mats before these usually slide around and cause me to lose balance, but not these. They're easy to roll up, and don't get stuck in an overly rounded shape at the ends after you unroll.

Ordered a set of equipment for use during the pandemic but ended up not needing it anymore. Joinfit’s customer service was so quick to answer on whatsapp and they worked to expeditiously process a full refund for the products before they had shipped. When they say 100% Money Back Guarantee, they mean it! Highly recommended!
