Been a loyal customer for more than decade. I loved that the jelly rebonding took less time for a similar result to the soft rebonding I always do here. My hair is very thick and stubborn but it took total of 4 hrs only for the rebonding and hair treatment. I usually take 5 plus to 6 hours. Staff are attentive and experienced. Vuitton's so good and detailed with hairstyling! Gives a lot of good advice too and will not do what he thinks is not good for your hair. Will come back again for colouring soon..

I’ve been with them for years, Carol is my stylist. I like her professionalism. And the assistant Mei Rong and Grace Pang are very nice and detailed when doing the washing and coloring. Lately they did Reno, which is nice BUT the chair is still the same old chair, super uncomfortable after sitting. I suggest that you should come out with some budget to Change the chairs in the salon, when we visit, at least 1.5hrs need to spend sitting on your uncomfortable chair. You may do a survey haha.

Overall I had a good experience. Vuitton was my hair stylist and he was very detailed and took good care of my hair. The treatment made my hair very smooth and it lasted quite awhile. Will recommend him!!

I recently had a haircut at Jean Yip Bishan Junction 8 and I would like to give a shout-out to my stylist, Jyes. She's really friendly and thoughtful, and she even suggested a haircut that would suit me. The overall atmosphere in the salon was really nice and relaxing as well. I would highly recommend to have your haircut here!
