Yesterday was my first visit to Jean Yip at Whitesands. Elaine assessed my skin and suggested the necessary treatment for me. Both Elaine and Christine did the facial for me. I was pleased with the whole process and signed up a package to treat the darkness around my mouth. Elaine was able to explain in detail about the issues with my face and I got a clearer picture of how I should take care of my skin better.

The facial treatment was a really good experience especially since I have sensitive skin. Their IPL underarm treatment was 10/10 as well. the staffs are very accommodating and helpful in letting me understand my skin concerns. Will surely share my experience to my friends! Thanks again

The trial facial treatment was wonderful. The skilled esthetician Ms. Moon at White Sands location tailored the facial to my specific needs after proper consultation and analysis. The massage was equally impressive opening all the lymph nodes. The combination of the skilled hands and calming music was indeed tranquil. I left feeling not only physically rejuvenated but also mentally refreshed and hydrated. Reception desk Ms. Ezah is courteous and no one at the center tried any hard sell, which is positive!! The spa is overall clean and well-kept. The only Minus for me was a little over the top price for the infusion of hyaluronic acid in the treatment which was 107 dollars. Yet, I tried it. Let me see the visible changes in the coming days/weeks.
