I had such a lovely experience with Hana, Li Li , and Vanessa during my recent visit. Hana and Li Li handled my manicure and pedicure with such care and precision — they were gentle, thorough, and made sure every detail was perfect. The whole session was so relaxing thanks to their calming presence and professionalism. Vanessa did my eyebrows, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She took the time to understand the shape I wanted. Thank you to the 3 of them 😊

Licia has done the nails beautifully and solved my cracked nail issue. Introduced products but definitely not uncomfortably pushy when declined. Pleased with the nails outcome.

IMM outlet. My go to for my meni pedi. Even tho gotten diffrent therapist everytime they all will did their job professionally no favor or favorites. Today was attended by Lili tho shes new, she did a job well done.

They were friendly and meticulous, most importantly >>> No Hard Selling on the package! Highly recommended place for manicure, pedicure and foot spa. I extremely love the results of the mani+pedi … and enjoyed the arm and leg massage too.
